Wow! Yet again another stunt pulled by a lousy foreign photographer. Tell me something, does Kate deserve no privacy at all.  Prince William and Kate are not trashy celebs, so why are they being treated like them, people should respect their privacy and leave them to be happy. It really angers me, of course they are a big role to the world, but to put out unwanted pictures in to media is very disrespectful. This is where I respect the English papers and magazines because they know they could have the photos in two seconds but they haven't used them.

Pearlys Professional Teeth Whitening

Just going through my post, and found Pearlys have sent me a sample. I have tried this out for a week and have found my teeth a lot whiter. I would definitely recommend this and I will be posting a 3 week later picture. As you can see in the photo below, my teeth are already starting to look great.

Biosculpturegel Nails

Have you ruined your nails with acrylics?

I always have acrylics done, but it wasn't until I didn't want acrylics that I realised my own nails were ruined. I have been using nail varnish to hide my awful nails, but that has failed to work. I then came across a girl on twitter @gelsbylauren, she uses biosculpture gel.

I thought to myself "what the hell is that", so as you do, I booked my self an appointment.

I can't believe the results, my nails now look great! On the plus side it makes your nails better. When my nails eventually grow out they will be, strong, repaired and atleast a cm longer.

Lose Weight Fast 2013

So we all feel stuffed after Christmas and new year right? Trying everything to loose weight fast, cabbage diet, protein diet, lemon diet and lots more. If you really want to know the truth, you don't have to cut out everything you enjoy. Figures show that if you eat less than 800 calories two days a week you are guaranteed to loose weight. That doesn't mean eat loads on the other 5 days it means just enjoy your carbs and fats and sugars. The other thing is exercise, you don't have to join a gym just go for a 30 minute walk. I guarantee this way you will loose weight and see a change.

Tip: Remember your body craves sugar, chocolate is full of bad sugars but fruit isn't so grab a fruit you love and enjoy!
