Lose Weight Fast 2013

So we all feel stuffed after Christmas and new year right? Trying everything to loose weight fast, cabbage diet, protein diet, lemon diet and lots more. If you really want to know the truth, you don't have to cut out everything you enjoy. Figures show that if you eat less than 800 calories two days a week you are guaranteed to loose weight. That doesn't mean eat loads on the other 5 days it means just enjoy your carbs and fats and sugars. The other thing is exercise, you don't have to join a gym just go for a 30 minute walk. I guarantee this way you will loose weight and see a change.

Tip: Remember your body craves sugar, chocolate is full of bad sugars but fruit isn't so grab a fruit you love and enjoy!
